Deer Harvest and Acorn Report Presentation - Wednesday Sept 9 at 6pm, Bldg 778 Outdoor Recreation. Kevin Walter, Fort Belvoir Wildlife Biologist and Hunting/Fishing Program Manager will present on the status of Fort Belvoir's Deer Population and Acorn Report.

BOWHUNTING QUALIFICATIONS for the 2026-2027 will begin August 4 - October 4, after Oct 4 by appointment only. Quals are conducted by volunteers on Tuesdays/Thursdays (1730-1930), Saturdays/Sundays (0800-1600) at Bldg 780 outside Broadhead Range. The following dates are available for qualifications, a date with a time in parentheses is only avialable during that time, other days will be added as volunteers are available: Sept 10, 15, 19 (0800-1200), 20 (0800-1200), 22, 26 (0800-1200), 29, Oct 4 (0800-1200).
